Figured this would be a good topic we can all drop various meals throughout the year. For me tonight was salmon, green beans, and rice. I finally got a good char on the salmon, and it was still tender inside. I marinaded it in a mixture of soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Saved some of the sauce and cooked it down to drizzle on top.

I'm interested in what everyone is working with in their kitchen! During the Pandemic I got more into cooking and decided to grab these bad Larry's off of Etsy. Damascus steel from Pakistan - I had my reservations - but damn I love these knives. Anyone take pride in their kitchen hardware? Any weird kitchen gadgets?
